We were looking for a telephone system that would simply allow us to take calls, make calls and transfer calls. Lantec proposed the very competitively priced Samsung OfficeServ7030 telephone system. It was installed on to our existing CAT 5e structured wiring system. The system has work very well and has done everything that we require.
Since then Lantec have introduced us to the Samsung computer, telephone system interface software (Samsung Xchange). This inexpensive software allows us to dial telephone numbers from our PC screen, see the status of all the other extension phones from our PC, send messages from PC to PC and view a call history of calls made, taken and missed. We seem to have made the right choice with Lantec and the Samsung OfficeServ telephone system.
