Click on “access the support centre” link below and fill out the easy to navigate ticket system OR just send an email to support @lan-tec.co.uk detailing your fault and your ticket will be automatically created for you. Once your ticket has been created, you will be provided with email updates of the progress. We can now offer to you an easy to follow paper trail for all your telecommunication services provided by Lantec Services Ltd.
