Lantec Services supplied and installed our Samsung telephone system. We have a call centre with staff working from the office and from remote locations (home workers). Our remote workers are based in both the UK and Europe. Lantec have supplied us with a VoIP telephone system that allows these remote workers to be part of our telephone system wherever they may be. We have worked with Lantec since 2007 and talk to them on a daily basis. They support us 100%.
